The glasses are quite costly being that they are the new wave of technology,also there are different type of glasses in terms of manufacturing standards different companies try each day to come up with anew model that may outshine the other therefore the different brands that are there that would force the prices to vary the prices may vary from a re buck or two,in fact t the major companies that are known to be ahead in this technology transformation may b e manufacturing glasses and depending on their demand market the price might be very expensive

NO, it is not worth it, unlike the "Real 3D" systems in movie theatres- home systems still use those terrible cardboard red and blue things that we all decided sucked in the 80s. Studios are now trying to gimmick them back into our homes as a result of the popularity of 3D movies in the cinemas- but they don`t tell us the technology is now where near close enough to get in home real 3D. Save yourself the headache- literally, and stick with 2D

Yes, Sony TV looks better with a ps3. Sony bravia is a good product as the person is able to hook the ps3 to the Sony TV. Also if the person will turn off the TV than the pe3 will also turn off. There is no reason for a Sony TV to look better than any other TV with the PS3 from a technical perspective. If you buy a 10 year old Sony tube TV it will offer much worse picture than a brand new Samsung HDTV connected to your PS3. It`s true there are a few features that allow the TV and PS3 to work together in some minimal ways but honestly just go out and buy the best TV you can regardless of brand.
