As long as you have an active lease,
anyone that inherits,
purchases or gains control of the property will be bound by the lease.
As long as the heirs are not planning on moving into the house and making it their primary residency,
then they can not just evict you.
Just like you,
they are bound by the rental agreement.
The biggest problem you are facing is not eviction,
but lack of service from your landlord - the heirs and the bank will most likely not maintain the property.
