At B of A it seem that every person you talk to has a different answer. If you are in a loan modification they tell you to keep making those modified payments. In the same breath they say to not worry about the intent to accelerate notice. Has anyone ever been approved for a loan modification with the B of A company? The intent letter seem to be exactly the difference between tht payments they say to make and the actual payments. If a person was told than in the begining no one in their righ t mind would ever enter into such a modification process.

Well it depends on the company from which you got the house.Mostly companies give time of 3months.During this time 3 reminders/warnings are sent to the customer and than house may be foreclosed.You may extent the duration from 3 to 6 months by replying the warnings,saying that you are trying to manage money,but again it depends on the lender.

It depends on the person`s bank and the laws of the place where the person lives that how many house payment the person can skip before getting evicted. Generally, when the person miss 3 payments, he receives the notice from the bank and if still does response back to the bank, The bank takes the person`s house for auctions.
