Yoy could try blowing some compressed air at the doc connector at the bottom of the iphone . There could be some dust or small particles confusing your phone into thinking something is connected.

Someone said: I no yhe solution get a hoover and put it by the hole where the earphones go in to then turn the hoover on and keep it there fot about 30 seconds the ckeck if its fixed. It worked for me:)

Someone said: YUP, this is the real deal. The port where the connect the USB cable can get clogged with lint. This lint can cause iPhone to mistakenly think there's something connected to it when, in reality, there's nothing. I used a toothpick to dig out all the lint.

Had the same error message popping up, resulting w/ no sound. Then I noticed the phone must have gotten wet (?), at least it seemed so at the USB connector... so what I did was to use the blowdryer on it gently until I could see no more liquid in there - and voila, problem solved right away! No more message, sound comes back immediately! Ps. be careful not to put the phone under too much heat, best do it gradually and/or using cooler function of the dryer.

How to get rid of this accesory is not optimized for iphone?

If you want to get rid of this that this accessory is not for phone then try using the factory defaults and then restart the phone again.I have the i phone and same ids the problem with me then i hit the factory default of the phone and after that i restarted the phone again and now my i phone is working well.Hope my answer will help you a lot.
