Of course it is IMPOSSIBLE to diagnose any condition without examining you....but odds are,
you MOST likely have a bacterial infection called BV (bacterial vaginosis)
which is an imbalance of normally occurring vaginal organisms.
This can be treated with medication...HOWEVER...you need to get checked because you may also have other conditions at this stage in pregnancy,
if ignored can be extremely serious for your baby,
and for you...including but not limited to:
premature rupture of membranes (from a small leak,
with or without infection!)
a sexually transmitted infection like chlamydia or trichomonas or gonorrhea,
a yeast infection,
a urinary tract infection with leakage of urine,
and/or many other undesireable conditions....so go get checked,
make sure it`s not your water leaking,
get whatever it IS,
(you AND your partner,
and that will be the best care you can take of you and your baby.
You NEED to get this cleared up before you go into labor,
ESPECIALLY if it is NOT B.V.
SOME types of infection (chlamydia and gonorrhea)
can cause blindness in infants if untreated and the baby is born through the birth canal full of THAT type of bacteria!
