The USB flash drive is likely formatted as a FAT32 volume, which limits any one file to 4GB or less. Format the flash drive as NTFS and it will work.

Going the inexpensive way, I would go with at least a 4GB thumb drive after you have already transfered to where ever you`re going to store it, you delete to clear up the space again. Or buy a 1TB external Hard drive this way you don`t have to erase it, you can just leave it right on there. Hope this helps!

I bought a 128GB flash voyager also from Newegg.com for about $300. The usb drive is a little bulky but it makes up for it in it`s overall speed which feels fast for both read and write operations. I know you can also get this usb flash drive from the Dell online store and Pcnation.com so you could try there if you don`t like the Newegg price. You need to shop around there are so many deals on 128GB flash drives now that 256GB models are coming out you could write a book here.

All the brands are pretty much same in case of USB flash drives.Basically the difference may arise in case of storage capacity such as 2GB 4 GB 16 GB etc.also depends on the type of flash memory used by them NOR or NAND.there are also differences in case of read and write speeds the read speed may be from 6 to 35 while the write speed is from 3 to 30 MB/s Tod Corner
