There is no "law" on a minimum in any state that I am aware of. Why not call the Dr. and set up a payment plan. I am $30,000.00 in debt after 3 surgeries. If you set up a plan - say $50.00 per mo and you make the payments on time and don`t miss a payment, in most states, they cannot put you in collection. Most will want to work with you. Thanks to our non-functioning economy, MANY are in the same boat. Call them, be polite, and work something out. It is way better than ruining your credit score. They may push you for more...some pushed us for $75 per mo, but they know - and tell them - if they sell the bill to collections, they will get 40 to 50% on their dollar. Remind them you are willing to make payments at a certain amt, but it needs to be more than $10. Start with $50 - and don`t eat out. Big waste of $$. Good luck.

Pharmacology - actually filling the Rx is generally a 5 yr program. You will also need to carry a large insurance policy for negligence, should you "screw up." My mom just gives vaccinations as an Rn once per week as a public health nurse and her policy amt (required) is 1 mil dollars. Obviously, that is not what is costs, that is your coverage. Purdue University has a great Pharmacology program. If you want to be a pharmacy assistant, that takes much less time.

THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME. I HAD 3 BILLS FOR BETWEEN 200.00 AND 1000.00 I WAS MAKING PAYMENTS ON ALL 3 BUT HOSPITAL SENT ME TO COLLECTION. SAYING THEY ONLY BILL ME 3 TIMES THEN THEY DONT CARE AND SEND YOU TO COLLECTION AGENCY. I HAD TRIED THEIR PAYMENT PLAN AND SLREADY HAD A PAYMENT OF 75.00 PER MONTH. NOW THE ONLY WAY TO KEEP IT OUT OF COLLECTION IS TO UP THAT PAYMENT TO 191.00 PER MONTH . SEEMS LIKE A BIG JUMP FOR UNDER 2000.00 IN ADDITIONAL BILLS ADDED. THEY WONT HELP ME ANY OTHER WAY. NICE. CANT AFFORD TO BE SICK.

no :), if you are making the minimum payments they should not send your account to creditors, you`d be surprised how long they will take to send it even when you pay nothing, but your best bet is to pay the min if you can afford it. I don`t know how true this is but I have heard that if you pay just 1 dollar every month they still cannot send it.

If you want to compete with the large players you should have at least $50,000 US in your trading account if you plan on trading standard lots which are 100,000 units of currency. There is a steep learning curve in Forex (and any market trading) that is cruel to those people who are not experienced. Even with a "proven" trading strategy it is still very easy to lose money based on emotions . It is recommended that you trade a demo account for at least a year until you have a proven track record over time of success. Once you have spent a year successfully on a demo account consider opening a mini lot account which allows you to trade 10,000 units of currency. With an account trading lot sizes like this you can safely open a $5000 account which hopefully if you lose it all won`t break you. If you have the money, and are successful with the mini lot trading only then should you consider moving up to standard lot trading. Otherwise, you will you blow out several accounts and a lot of money before you ever make it even if you do make it. Read traders forums and you will see there are 100`s of failures for every one success.

Not paying a bill affects your credit rating and will make institutions less likely to loan you money. If the amount of money was very large, there could be more serious issues. If you are an American citizen, you can enter this country whenever you want...but call an attorney in the US or Legal Aid (reduced or free legal advice). If it were me, I would go to Legal Aid, open a case and see what your "status" is - what the hospital you did not pay did with the case. Why wonder and "look over your shoulder"? Look up Legal Aid, find out and take charge of your life.
