No you cant use the toilet bleach for the white clothes.I am not using bleach for the white clothes i used oxiclean for the white clothes and it is great.I saw many times because i wash all my clothes with my hand so bleach destroy your clothe colors.Oxiclean is the best for white clothes.

Light blue towels, go in washing machine (which is around 12 months old) separately to everything else so I can wash them a bit hotter (towels get battered in my house!). Suddenly, a number of the handtowels (6 months old or less) have these bright orange blobs on them! It looks awful and unsightly

I do whites with lighter shades of blue, green, black, grey and yellow (shirts that are either dark shades, or are new and I haven`t washed yet, I do not mix with the whites). I generally run this machine on hot. Everything else goes in the other load, which I run on medium or cold (more likely to use cold if there`s a new darkly colored item). I just add my towel with whatever load is the appropriate color. Haven`t had a problem with clothes being dyed the wrong color yet!

When using the excessive amount of bleach it makes the white towel discolored. Actually the excess amount of bleach causes faideness to the clothes.Do not use hard water while using the bleach with the towels.Chlorine bleach is the best for washing the towels and try using the best available surf.This is my personal experience.I hope my answer will help you a lot to understand.

I had the same problem nice new blue towels and they got bleached. Also my husbands black shirts did the same. I use bleach on my whites and think I washed the towels after and it happened. But maybe its in your dertergent or something. or maybe after you use bleach run your washer on the rise cycle empty to clean it out.I hope my answer will help you a lot.
