Perspiration contains the natural salts of your body. Salt in the eyes hurts. Just rinse with fresh water. If you don`t have an eye cup use a very small cup and just fill with fresh water (tap is fine most places) and put on eye, tilt your head back and blick a few times. If that sounds too complicated just lean over the sink and spash water into your eyes gently untill you are comfortable. Not sure about the salt just lick your arm after a sweaty workout. Salt!
