Why does my skin turn red and blotchy? - For a while now my skin has been turning red and blotchy when I`m nervous, upset, hot, or for no reason. It also happens when I`m taking a shower or when the sun is shining directly on my skin. This mainly happens on my knees, legs, chest, and neck. No one I know can tell me why this is happening because no one I know has this problem which makes it embarrassing! I`ve gone to a dermatologist but does not have an answer. I know it`s not hives or rosacea, it`s just red and blotchy and hot to the touch. I just want to be like a normal girl! Does anyone know what`s going on or what I can do about it?

Why does my skin stain my sheets?

Recently I bought new sheets, they are a green color. I had them on a week and noticed today that on my side of the bed it`s bleached out looking. On my pillow, and where my body lies. My husband side is perfectly fine. I don`t wear any colored lotions or anything b/c I have such bad allergies to everything. I shower and am clean every night before bed. What has caused my clean new green sheets to appear to have bleach spots on my side!?! Very confused. Any ideas?

Someone said: I have noticed this in my household I notice this on my pillow cases The only thing I think is causing this is some acne cream I put on.. I also notice this on my sons pillow.. Whatever he is "drooling" or secreting from his mouth at night is also coloring his pillow cases.. hes a teenager not a baby But I have noticed this on his since he was a kid But mine came much later. The only thing I put on my face is acne cream But not any peroxide based ones So Im still at a loss for what "agent" is causing it for me.. good luck!

Someone said: I noticed that on my pillow cases around the same time I was also seeing bleached out spots on my hand towels in the bathroom. I concluded it was from my whitening toothpaste. So it's on the towels from wiping my mouth after brushing. Then I go to bed and it bleaches out the pillow from drooling.
